With 29 years in the hospitality industry owning and running a hotel, pubs and restaurants we decided to take a well earned break a couple of years ago, only to come across this gorgeous Lyme Regis Town House built in 1745 in need of complete renovation, re-opening April 2009 as 1 LYME.

Our aim is to bring our wealth of experience to a small contemporary luxury Townhouse with fabulous rooms, comfortable beds and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Lyme Regis.

We look forward to sharing our little bit of Lyme Regis with you.

How to find us...and car parking

By Sat Nav - our postcode is DT7 3HZ, 1 Pound Street

UNFORTUNATELY GOOGLE MAPS HAS US DOWN AS 10 POUND STREET  NOT NO 1, THEREFORE YOU WILL BE TAKEN UP THE HILL BY

75 METRES, WE ARE LOCATED NEXT TO THE CINEMA

Car Parking

Being right in the centre of Lyme Regis we do not have a car park however, parking can be found at the top of pound street 250 yards away in Holmbush Car Park, drop off your luggage first and then take your car up to the car park.

PROBABLY THE CHEAPEST CAR PARK ANYWHERE  (don't tell the council) - THE FEES ARE £1.70 for 24 HOURS

To calculate the fees always add on the day you are leaving so you don't have to leave your room in the morning to feed the meter. A two night stay would be £3.40, 3 nights stay £5.10

Please note it does not give details on the machine that you can put in all your money at once, but I promise if you follow my instructions you will receive a ticket for 2/3 days or however long you are staying.
